Set your D-Fend Reloaded Profile to run the SCIDHUV(dot)EXE as the program file, and you are good to go. No need to install/setup anything.

for those not able to get it working, try using scummvm. Had a hell of a time getting it to work on windows 7 until I just set it up in scummvm and it worked fine.
