I notice from the video that you can alter the sound between theme + effects, effects only, and completely off. The last two would stop the 'annoying music'.

Wow... what a blast from the past. I used to play this on my XT-compatible computer, in Hercules graphics mode. $\":\)\"$ Ha! Times sure have changed. Now my daughter can get to play it. $\":\)\"$
