Found NIGHT BOMBER in an Apogee freeware release pack.
Actually not a terrible game but requires DosBox and MoSlo utility to slow it down so you can see what is happening.
After every missile launch the city moves so you have to guess a new trajectory 1-45 degrees. The more hits, the higher your score/rank!
