I didn't know there were wind surf games in those old days. Even VGA 
In this wind surf game you have to inpress the jury by completing a course in the water with your board. The game is quite difficult because I still don't know the exact buttons to press. Shift is the fire button. Ok. I just found other buttons.
Use your keypad: 1 will lift up the board, then press 2 followed by 3. and you will be standing on the board. You can compete against each other.
