This is a pretty hard platform game to play. I still don’t know how to get through the first round without loosing lives 
It’s just walk, crawl and jump and evade other smurfs, snails, water, birds, etc.
If the game does not run properly in DOSBox just reinstall.
Keep in mind that the loading of the game could take a while, so don’t give up
