I wrote the game when i was student... kinda weird flashback. All assembler 8086. Optimized vector drawing code was generated for each vector angle at built time. Computers were so slow... The game was first released on an even slower computer (MO5) with an 8 bits moto 6809 which had the 8 bits by 8 bits multiply... required for the 3D computations in this game. | |
