In 1993 One Step Beyond was released by Ocean Software and is now abandonware.
Description
One Step Beyond is kind of a sequel to Push Over; a very nice puzzle game. In this game you have to jump with Colin over Quaver packs. Each pack you can only 'visit' once. This means you have to jump very carefully. Once a level is completed you go on to the next one and you will get a token, in case you fail half way a level, you can continue from the last point in the level.
The first levels are quite easy so you can learn what each special blocks do. You can fall through or automatically get jumped to a specific block. You can fall maximum of 2 blocks.
Keys used are Q, A, O, P and space.
Each level has its own code. So you can write that down, and continue from there another day.
I like the simple graphics and the music is very addictive.
