Empire Deluxe is a game created by New World Computing in 1993 and is available for download.
Description
Turn based strategy game in which you have to conquer your opponent on a random generated area with water and land. You start with one city in which you can build an army, or different types of vessels. Each take a few turns to build. E.g. an Army takes around 6 turns, a battle cruiser around 30.
So to build a lot fast you should conquer other cities on the map.
Game is quite fun. You can also create your own maps and stuff to play on.
