The controls:
J, I, K, L : left, up, down, right
W, S : Kick high, Kick low
E, D : Hit high, Hit low
Space: Block

I think the game runs way too fast? I can't hardly win the first round...

i remember this game, it was the best of the series. the game speed from the youtube video seems fine. no offense mate, you just suck at it $\":\)\"$ but play some more, you'll get better. there are a lot of sequences and combinations that will really help you. also, once you do manage to beat your opponents, there are many ways to "finish him" in the fight, including baby, friendship, animality and fatality. download a guide from somewhere, it's pretty cool.
