I played this for the first time on our family home computer when I was around 4 or 5 years old. I had the hardest time finding this game and now, at age 24, I’ve got it installed on my Windows 7 system and I couldn’t be more happy.

Thank you! This brings back so many memories. Plus, seeing how interactive this game is, I can see why it kept my sister and I entertained for hours.

I highly suggest it for young children. It’s a great way to learn many different things... Animals, music, drawing, counting, sentence structure, even something as simple as polite responses (when your character sweetly declines that she isn’t hungry when you try to feed her or isn’t sleepy when you suggest a nap).

I will always love this game and seriously look forward to sharing it with my children (when that happens).

Actually this version does that too, I think you have to select sound blaster pro as the sound device for it to work.

THE APPLE MACINTOSH VERSION WAS BETTER IT ACTUALLY HAD KIDS SINGING "HANGING OUT AT THE TREEHOUSE"

Brilliant game, I remember playing this games for hours a long long time ago.
