Description

Lands of Lore is one of the finer RPG games around. The gameplay is quite good and easy to understand.
Walk through dungeons, cellars, outside, etc. You can enter shops find allies on your way, which can participate in the group. Lots of foes to crush with sword or magic!
The manual is included in the game. You'll need it for continuing the game.

ps. Use dosbox 0.72 to play the game. 0.73 willl not get you past the 'choose' screen.

If the cputype 386 doesnt work try changing it in the optionsconfiguration file!

Actually ended up buying this game & its sequel. LOL2 is a bit crap, but this orig version is a kicker, especially with Captain Jean Luke Picard's voice, which I don't think you get in this version on AW? Game play is superb, graphics fantastic, and a really long game with kickass puzzles. 4 people to choose from at the start, and you can immerse yourself in the story. 5/5

Every time I click on download it wont download and just keeps jumping to the bottom of the screen. Latis commented: if you mail me use a email address so I can back to you. I do not have problems with the download

Im having the same problem that Jack is. I tried the "cputype 386" command in the Dosbox but it didn’t work for me. Anyone have any other ideas? Right after I choose my character the screen goes black and I cant do anything.

@jack in dosbox, type "cputype 386" and everything will be fine (xcept for the lack of sound since it aint the cd version)

After I select a character I get a black screen and then nothing works. Also I get no sound from player voices, anyone know why? :’( :’( :’(
